Memorial begins on a firm foundation

Exciting progress is being made on the La Vernia Veterans Memorial, located in the La Vernia City Park. Thanks to a generous donation from Glenn and Jenean Mills, owners of Mills Concrete Inc. of La Vernia, the foundation has been poured for the memorial, a project of the La Vernia Historical Association.
